We have solid experience in labor law, advising local and multinational companies on the comprehensive management of their employment relationships. We support our clients in defining hiring modalities, drafting employment contracts, and designing compensation and incentive plans, including variable bonuses, Stock Option Plans (SOP), and Restricted Stock Units (RSU).
We also assist in the application of disciplinary sanctions and in the termination processes of executive personnel, providing support at all stages: from strategy design, communications, and negotiations with the employee, to the drafting and signing of agreements in administrative settings and representation before the competent authority.
Furthermore, we have extensive experience in labor litigation, being recognized for our intervention in high-complexity claims.
