Christian Fleischer has extensive experience in corporate and general commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and national and international bidding processes. He is a partner in the Commercial Law practice and is in charge of the Corporate Department at Rosso Alba & Rouges.
He also served as manager of the Legal Department at Arthur Andersen, Legal Advisors (1997-1998). He was an associate at Hess, Alt & Romero Carranza (1986-1990).
He was a founding member and secretary of the American University Club of Buenos Aires and its representative at the “Centennial Celebration” organized by the Washington College of Law of American University (Washington D.C., 1996).
He was a member of the Civil Law chair at the Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires; he has been a speaker and panelist at national and international conferences, among which we can mention the “Interantional Tax Services, Latin American Tax Workshop” (Houston, 1998), and an instructor at the “Latin American & Senior School” (Chicago, 1998).
