Martín Guillermo Avalos is an attorney who graduated from the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences at the National University of the Littoral. He has a proven track record of more than twenty years advising companies and taxpayers on national, provincial, and municipal tax matters, and representing clients in tax defense, tax criminal, and economic criminal cases. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a large number of criminal tax, customs, and economic cases, representing clients at all levels of the judicial system, including before the Federal Criminal Cassation Chamber and the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.

Between 2019 and 2023, he served as Provincial Tax Administrator for the Province of Santa Fe, which allowed him to gain specialized experience in the area of local taxes and provincial tax criminal proceedings. Additionally, during the same period, he represented the Province of Santa Fe before the Tax Arbitration Commission.

Training:

Master’s Degree in Public Finance and Financial and Tax Administration from the National University of Distance Education of Spain and the Institute of Fiscal Studies of the Spanish Ministry of Finance. To date, I have completed and passed modules one through six. The degree is recognized by the European Union. Academic year 2023–2024.
Specialization in Tax Law, Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, University of Buenos Aires, degree obtained in 2006.
