Paula Omodeo

Paula Omodeo

Of Counsel - Administrative Law Department

Paula Omodeo has extensive experience in the field of administrative and regulatory law, particularly in matters related to public procurement, the regulation of public services, and activities and industries of general interest and under the responsibility of the state.

She is a director in the Administrative and Regulatory Law Practice Group at Rosso Alba & Rougès. Previously, she served as a senior associate at Beccar Varela (2014–2018) and as an associate at Dondo y Oliva Beltrán (2010–2011) and Negri & Teijeiro Abogados (2009–2010). She served as an advisor in the Legal and Technical Secretariat of the Office of the President of Argentina (2011–2013).

She taught the course “Institutions of Administrative Law” at the Catholic University of Argentina and served as a visiting professor in the Specialization in Administrative Law at the National University of Tucumán, teaching the course “Administrative Organization.”
